The beans for the Costa Esmeraldas origin bar are sourced from a family-owned cacao farm in Ecuador. This bar has strong, earthy base chocolate flavors and notes of roasted nuts that come naturally from the cacao beans.
The beans for the Maya Mountain origin bar are sourced from 350 smallholder cacao family farms in Belize. This bar has subtle, tangy berry flavors and mellow undertones of honey, caramel, and pineapple that come naturally from the cacao beans.
The beans for the ABOCFA origin bar are sourced from Ghana. From planting to purchase, ABOCFA focuses on the quality of its cacao. ABOCFA employs around 845 workers in 13 communities and partners with the nonprofit organization International Cocoa Initiative to maintain a safe working environment and to prevent child labor and slavery in the cacao industry.
